1. Ordering online
   When you make a purchase from Butchers’ Hub website you are simply placing an order for goods. No money is collected at this time. This way we are only charging you for the quantity we provide you with. Payment for goods can be made via cash or EFTPOS either at time of delivery/pickup or prior via over phone payment. Please note that payment made with any EFTPOS card will incur a transaction fee. We will send you an email to confirm your order and a phone call will be made to confirm and arrange delivery/pickup time.

2. Delivery Information
   At Butchers’ Hub we make every effort to ensure your order gets to you quickly and safely. We offer free delivery within the Wollondilly area only and to qualify you must spend a minimum of $100. For delivery outside of Wollondilly, please contact us for the fee. All orders placed are next day delivery. Generally 24 hours notice is required.

Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:

The item you have chosen is in stock
The delivery address has been verified
Payment has been made or confirmed
Butchers’ Hub delivers in their approved refrigerated meat transportation vehicle.

To accept a delivery you must be home or at work when the driver arrives. Otherwise appropriate delivery instructions is needed to be instated when placing the meat order. If the customer has not placed appropriate delivery instructions for Butchers’ Hub to leave meat safely, the meat will return to Butchers’ Hub premises and will be sent out on next working day when customer can accept the meat order, however there will be a delivery fee of $10.00 added to the order. All deliveries must be signed for to acknowledge acceptance of the delivery. 

Butchers’ Hub has dedicated delivery days of the week and your order will be delivered on the day that you choose or the next available business day. Delivery times are from Monday to Saturday between 9am-5pm.

3. Packaging
   Before we dispatch your order we personally inspect your items to ensure they are in perfect condition. Your items are then carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in the exact same condition.

4. Returns Policy
   Butchers’ Hub is unable to offer refunds. Once the goods have been dispatched to you they become your property. Once they are delivered they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or damage. If in the unlikely event of the incorrect item being packed please contact us immediately at the shop on 02 4677 5885 or 0431 462 664 of receipt of your order and we shall arrange of exchange of the correct items next day delivery.

Please note that all Meat, Poultry and Raw Materials come in all different sizes, textures and weights. It is impossible for every item to look the same however with Butchers’ Hub experienced butchers and staff we will always try to make all items arrive as consistent as possible.

5. Prices
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
NB: Most meat is GST Free

6. Privacy statement
   Personal information that you provide us with when registering on butchershub.com.au is used purely for us to process your order and for any correspondence we have with you. This information cannot be accessed by any third parties and is exclusively for the use of Butchers’ Hub customer services. Your data is not passed on to any third parties, nor is it processed further.

   This website and all intellectual property rights, including graphics, logos, trademarks, design, text, icons, the arrangement of them, sound recordings and all software relating to this website, are owned by us, or in some cases, a related body corporate or third party.
